Kauser’s 25+ years of aerospace industry experience includes systems engineering, project management and mission operations. Focus areas include Satellite command and control systems, system architecture, system fault analysis and space mission operations.
Recent work includes architecture analysis and integration, requirements development, and leading critical design reviews for both the U.S. Air Force KC-46 Tanker and the Boeing AEW&C program. Kauser leads the development of agile processes to integrate and test architectures and develop operational concepts.
Prior roles include technical, management and executive leadership roles at Boeing, Andrews Space, and Airlaunch; Systems Engineer on the Voyager and Galileo programs at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
