Tim has consulted with large systems integrators, aircraft manufacturers, airlines, service providers, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, wireless communications providers and start-ups.

Led engagements in new business incubation, strategic planning, business plan development, product development, systems & technology integration, technology evaluation/sourcing, financial analysis/modeling, value analysis, pricing analysis/strategy, operations strategy and program management.

Specific domain expertise includes in-flight entertainment, in-flight connectivity, crew and maintenance applications, electronic flight bag, and cloud-based applications.

Prior roles included Director of Wireless Programs at Delta Air Lines and an architect of the Connexion’ partnership between Boeing, American and United Airlines; Director Operations IT and in various aircraft engineering positions at Delta Air Lines.

Tim’s substantial not for profit work includes founding Promise 686 which supports the care of vulnerable children.
