Stephanie has consulted with airlines on major information systems integration programs, engine maintenance sourcing, inflight entertainment, connectivity technology, and sourcing programs optimization efforts for airline customers. She has managed engineering teams supporting customers with a range of technical services.

Specialties include solving complex problems, accelerating implementation, and improving processes through the use of project management, lean/six sigma, and change management methodologies.

Prior roles included Internal Consultant and Program Manager for Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Target, building a portfolio management team to drive business unit initiatives, and lead business improvement consulting teams. As an Aircraft Structures Engineer with Delta Air Lines, Stephanie implemented repairs and fleet-wide modifications to ensure aircraft safety and maximize performance.
